Ask before you buy
Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece has the BIS mark, its purity (for example 22K916) and a 6-digit HUID. You can check the HUID yourself on the free BIS Care app.
How is the price worked out?
Today's rate times the net weight, plus the making charge, plus stones if any, plus 3% GST. Each part is written on the bill. Our making charge: yes.
What do I get for old gold?
We test it in front of you and value it at today's rate. Message us on WhatsApp to know the deduction before you come, and bring an ID.
Do diamonds come with a certificate?
Ask for the certificate and stone details of any diamond piece. We go through the carat, colour and clarity with you before you pay.
Can I see designs before coming?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp for photos or a short video of designs in your budget.
How long does a custom piece take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the design. For bridal sets, start 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding.
Do I need to show PAN?
Yes, for purchases of ₹2 lakh or more (PAN or Aadhaar). By law we can't take ₹2 lakh or more in cash, so pay by UPI, card or bank transfer.
